About Kevelyn Guzman

Throughout her tenure, Kevelyn Guzman has played a key role in leading the company through periods of significant growth and transformation. She helped guide the firm through its pivotal 2021 acquisition by Coldwell Banker and, most recently, played a central leadership role in its transition to Christie’s International Real Estate New York. 

During the Christie’s International Real Estate rebrand, Kevelyn led the New York team through the change with a focus on people, stability, and opportunity. She worked closely with agents throughout the process, helping retain the firm’s longstanding talent while also recruiting new agents and teams. Her leadership has been instrumental in uniting the firm’s legacy culture with the global reach, relationships and resources of the Christie’s International Real Estate network.

Kevelyn's leadership style fosters a supportive and fun work environment with an open-door policy that encourages employees at all levels to seek her advice, whether about work or personal matters. Her practical wisdom and honest guidance have been invaluable to many, driving them to do better and excel in their roles. Kevelyn also launched the New York City Committee of What Moves Her, a women's advocacy initiative, to further elevate Coldwell Banker Warburg's positive impact. She has been named one of Diversity Journal's Women Worth Watching for 2024, a Crain's New York Business 2024 Notable Real Estate Leader, and one of 2024's HousingWire Women of Influence. She has been recognized as a RISMedia Newsmaker Recipient two years in a row—2024 & 2025.
